As a Technical support you will be part of customer success teams who constantly strives to make the retailers life simple. You will have the opportunity to work with modern tools and technologies and an excellent learning environment.
- "Work with a support team to evaluate the complex customer problem, identify root causes and derive resolutions.
Provide Client support and technical issue resolution via support portal, email and and other electronic mediums
Troubleshoot system and diagnosing software faults
Provide product support, including procedures and documentation
Respond with in agreed timelimits to customer queries
Testing and evaluating new technologies
Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines
Must be able to mutlitask, should be able to work with departments and teams.
Should be able to deal with Databases
Preferably looking for candidates who are willing to work for Night Shift(US time ).
