Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts for ERP software.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure system stability.
• Work alongside developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using issue-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Contribute to test automation efforts to enhance testing efficiency and expand test coverage.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Provide valuable feedback on software usability and suggest areas for improvement."
Job Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in software testing.
• Experience with ERP software testing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing tools is an advantage.
