Job Skills
- 1. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related areas
2. 0-2 Years of experience.
3. Proficiency in basic SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis.
4. Experience in researching and analyzing logs to identify issues and trends.
5. Excellent Communication (Written and Speaking) skills.
6. A genuine passion for ensuring customer success.
7. Good Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point )
8. Nice to have Experience in working ticketing tools.
9. Passion for using software products and improving the user experience
1. Respond to customer queries via calls, tickets, and chats.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills: Strong ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Documentation Skills: Capability to clearly and comprehensively document issue resolutions, processes, and known issues.
4. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Basic SQL Skills: Ability to write and execute queries to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.
6. Log Research Expertise: Proficiency in investigating system and application logs to identify root causes.
7. Advanced Troubleshooting: Experience in resolving issues escalated by L1 teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
8. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze recurring problems and provide insights to prevent future occurrences.
