"Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and update training materials and curriculum for Full Stack development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js, PHP, and Python technologies.
Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages participant engagement and skill retention.
Hands-on Labs and Projects:
Create hands-on labs and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and provide practical, real-world experience.
Guide participants through the development of projects, offering support and feedback.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency.
Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills.
Technical Support:
Offer technical support and guidance to participants during and after training sessions.
Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the training.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to enhance training programs and materials.
Work closely with the management team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Stay Current:
Stay informed about advancements in Full Stack development and related technologies.
Continuously update personal knowledge and training materials to reflect the latest industry best practices.
Job Skills
- Proficiency in Node.js., PHP, and Python as desired skills.
Desired skill include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, MySQL, MongoDB.
Strong understanding of Full Stack development principles and best practices.
Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries in Node.js, PHP, and Python.
