1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. Strong foundational knowledge in Java, OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms
3. Basic understanding of Spring Boot & REST APIs (academic or project experience preferred).
4. Exposure to SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
5. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
Job Skills
- Backend Development & Learning:
1. Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
2. Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases.
3. Work on minor bug fixes, enhancements, and small feature implementations.
AI & Productivity Enhancement:
1. Explore and use AI-driven coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.
2. Be open to experimenting with AI-powered automation in development workflows.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
1. Work closely with senior engineers for guidance and mentorship.
2. Understand business and technical requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. Willingness to help the team in any challenges and contribute to team success.
