- Experience 3 to 8 years
• Integrity, energy, and genuine desire to understand and solve customer problems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role for a business software product or like
• Be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to quickly develop basic skills in SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Marketo and HubSpot
• Excellent English writing skills. Must be detail oriented with great spelling, grammar, and communications skills -- writing samples required
• Excellent spoken English.
• Three year or Four-year college degree
• Previous support experience in gifting, research, marketing or surveys tools a plus.
• Must be a team player and want to work as part of a team and be Tech Savvy

- • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries including professional management via email and phone during normal business hours (9 to 6 pm Eastern Time/ 06:30 pm to 03:30 am Indian Time)
• Answer customer questions and help customers make the best use of Rybbon’s capabilities.
• Perform customer verification process.
• Resolves customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner and offering thoughtful solutions
• Escalate advanced technical problems or product issues to the product team and management.
• Contribute to build a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
