Key Skills

1. To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and to contribute to the development of the HR Function
2. Sourcing (IT & NON IT), Profiles screening, short listing, Interviewing, Appointment Order, On-Boarding, Induction.
3. Attendance, Payroll, Competency Mapping, Appraisal Management, Salary Revisions, Grievance Handling, Employee Welfare.
4. Training (in-house and outsourced), Succession Planning, Organizational Development Implementation of Human Resource Management System, HR Quality
5. Manning & supervise the day to day office administrative activities.
6. Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest.
7. Keeping records of Visiting Cards, Utility Payments, Printing of Stationary.
8. Responsible for the Upkeep of the office.
